The Obligation We Accept

We take on one obligation: to describe HYCM as accurately as we can for readers in India, and to make clear where our knowledge ends. Everything on this site follows from that. The site is an editorial resource. It is not the broker, it is not affiliated with the broker, and it does not open accounts, hold deposits, place trades or give advice of any kind. We publish writing about a broker, not a service from one.

That distinction shapes how we work. We are not a gatekeeper and not a partner. A reader who uses this site should come away knowing what the broker offers, what the terms say, and what a review cannot establish on its own.

What We Will Not Do

We will not sell a verdict. No broker can pay for a better rating, a softer description or a removed criticism, and we do not accept payment for coverage. We will not present opinion as fact, and we will not fill gaps in our knowledge with confident-sounding guesses.

We will not advise anyone to trade, deposit or sign up, and we will not tell a reader that a product suits them. We will not invent details to make a page look complete. Where a figure or a term is unclear, we say so rather than smoothing it over. We also will not hide the fact that a review is a limited instrument, because pretending otherwise would mislead the reader we are writing for.

How the Site Pays for Itself

The site is funded by advertising and by commercial arrangements that are kept separate from editorial judgment. Money never moves a score, a conclusion or a line of criticism. Any arrangement that could look like a conflict is disclosed on the page where it applies, in plain language, so a reader can weigh it.

We do not accept payment in exchange for a favourable review, and no advertiser sees a verdict before publication or has a right to change it. If the funding model ever changes in a way that touches editorial independence, we will say so here rather than let it pass quietly.

Challenging What We Publish

If something here looks wrong, out of date or unfair, we want to hear it. A reader can raise it through the contact form on this site and should point to the page and the specific passage. We read these messages ourselves; they do not disappear into a queue.

Where a point is factual and can be checked, we check it against the source and correct the page if the correction is warranted. Where a reader disagrees with a judgment rather than a fact, we consider the argument on its merits. Corrections are made openly, and we do not quietly rewrite a page to make an earlier error vanish. The reader's challenge is part of how the work improves.

The Limits of a Review

A review can tell you what a broker's published terms say, how its platform behaved when we used it, and how it compares on measurable points. It cannot tell you what will happen in the market, and it cannot tell you whether a broker is right for your circumstances. We do not know your finances, your experience or your tolerance for risk, and we do not ask.

A review also cannot guarantee a broker's future conduct. Firms change ownership, terms, fees and policies. What we describe is the position as we found it at the time of the last revision, not a promise about tomorrow. Nothing published here is financial advice, and a reader should treat it as one input among several, not as a decision made for them.

Testing, Sourcing and Revisions

We test the broker directly where we can: opening the site as a reader in India would, reading the client agreement and fee schedules, checking how account types and conditions are described, and noting how support responds to ordinary questions. We score against stated criteria, applied the same way each time, and we explain the reasoning rather than issuing a bare number. Where a claim comes from the broker itself, we attribute it to the broker rather than adopt it as our own finding.

Facts are drawn from the broker's own documents and public materials, and checked against a second source where one exists. When a figure cannot be confirmed, we mark it as unconfirmed instead of presenting it as settled. Pages are revisited on a regular cycle and sooner when a reader flags a change or the broker announces one; the date of the last revision is shown on the page. The contact form on this site is the route for corrections, challenges and anything a reader believes we have missed.
