Contact the Editorial Desk
This page explains how to reach the independent editorial team behind this review site, and what we can and cannot help you with.
Try our featured brokerSubmit a factual correction
If you have read something on this site that you believe is factually wrong, you can tell us. The reader's practical situation is usually this: you spotted a figure that looks outdated, a date that does not match the broker's own documents, or a description that seems to refer to a different product. We want to hear about it, because accuracy is the only thing this site has to offer.
Please use the contact form on this site and choose the correction category. Include the URL of the page, the exact sentence or figure you are questioning, and what you believe the correct position to be. If you can point to a public document from the broker that supports your point, attach it or quote the relevant part. We do not need your account details, and you should not send them.
The editors review every correction submission themselves. We check the point against the broker's published materials and against the source we used when the page was written. If the correction is right, we update the page and note the change in the page's revision record. If we conclude the original wording was accurate, we reply and explain why. We do not remove or alter editorial conclusions because a reader disagrees with them, and we do not accept requests to change a review's tone.
Reach us for press and partnership enquiries
Journalists, researchers and publishers who want to ask about our editorial method, quote our material, or discuss a content partnership can use the contact form on this site and select the press category. Describe your outlet, your deadline and what you need, and keep the request specific so it can be routed to the right editor.
We consider partnership requests on their merits, but editorial independence is not negotiable. We do not accept payment for coverage, we do not allow partners to review or approve copy before publication, and we do not publish sponsored reviews presented as editorial. If a proposal requires any of those things, the answer will be no.
We do not disclose unpublished drafts, internal notes or the identity of readers who contact us. We do not comment on another publisher's coverage of the broker.
Raise a complaint about this site
If your complaint is about this site itself, the contact form is again the route. That covers things such as a broken page, a misleading headline, a missing disclosure, a comment that should not have been published, or a correction request that you feel was handled poorly. Select the site complaint category and set out what happened, with the page URL and dates where you have them.
The editors handle these complaints internally. We aim to acknowledge a complaint and to tell you what we intend to do about it. If we got something wrong, we say so on the page and in our reply. If we decide no change is needed, we explain the reasoning.
This site is an independent editorial resource. It is not the broker, it is not affiliated with the broker, and it does not provide financial services, accounts, deposits or advice. It is not regulated or licensed as a financial services provider, and nothing on it should be read as an endorsement by any authority.
Understand what we cannot answer
We cannot help with anything that belongs to your account with the broker. That includes opening or closing an account, verifying your identity, deposits and withdrawals, trading platform access, order disputes, margin calls, fees charged to you, bonus terms applied to your account, and any question about your own money or positions. We have no access to the broker's systems, no visibility of client records, and no ability to instruct the broker on your behalf.
We also cannot give personal financial advice, tell you whether to trade, recommend a product, or comment on your individual circumstances. We cannot confirm whether a particular account type is available to you, because that depends on the broker's own onboarding checks.
If you send an account issue to this desk, we will not forward it and we cannot act on it. It will not reach the broker through us.
Go to the broker for account support
For anything touching your account, use the broker's own support channels. The correct route is published on the broker's official website, and you should reach it by typing the address yourself rather than by following a link from a third party. The broker's site lists the support options it currently offers, which may include a contact form, live chat, a client area message function, or published contact details for its client support team.
Know what the editors do answer, and in which languages
The editorial desk answers questions about our published content: how a review was researched, which public documents were relied on, when a page was last revised, why a particular point was included, and how our editorial policy applies to a given article. We answer correction submissions and site complaints as described above. We answer press questions about our method and our publishing standards.
We read and reply in English. Correspondence in English reaches the desk fastest. We can also read correspondence in Hindi, and we will do our best to respond, though replies may take longer and the working language of the site remains English.
We do not answer account queries, we do not provide advice, and we do not pass messages to the broker. If your question is about your account, the broker's own support is the right place to go.
